Chartered Semiconductor Manufacturing's 0.13-micron process is being used to deliver a broad variety of leading-edge
and next-generation system-on-chip products, such as high-performance graphic chips, storage and networking products,
wireless local area network (WLAN) products, PC peripherals and optical drives. Chartered's 0.13-micron process is a
high-quality process that supports industry-standard design rules, as well as demonstrates industry-competitive metrics
for process quality, device yields and cycle times. It is currently in volume production at 200mm and in pilot production
at 300mm.
